Driving instructions:

By car from Paramaribo-cross the Saramaccabrug - turn to the left, the "Sir Winston Churchillweg". Follow this road 18 km. You will pass State Oil, the base of the national army and the police station of Domburg. From here it is still 1 km continue the road until La Rencontre 5th Street, here you turn to the left. At the end of the road you will see the sign "Surinat Luxury Resort" Follow the arrow and after 600 metres you are at the destination.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. On the lack of this form can only Surinat rely.

2. Client is in these terms means the natural or legal person who for themselves or on behalf of a number of guests, which must or may be classified as a group, the bungalow (s), a conference room and/or travel booking.

3. The client shall be liable for the performance of all obligations arising from the agreement.

4. The confirmation of the booking by Surinat is the agreement between the client and Surinat.

5. At the time of booking a deposit at least 25% of the invoice has to be paid to Surinat. The balance of the invoice shall be paid, not later than 30 days prior to arrival. The reservation must be made in writing and as proof of acceptance will Surinat provide the client a Surinat reservation number.

6. The published invoice counts is based on multiple persons per room, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. The duration of a journey is mentioned in whole days or entire weeks, where the days of departure and arrival as whole days.

8. The client must upon departure and during the trip to be in possession of the necessary evidence of inoculations and vaccinations. For clients whose reservations are made elsewhere than in Suriname, is here with departure meant the departure to Suriname.

9. Surinat is not liable for the consequences resulting from the failure of the inoculations and vaccinations or any other damage.

10. The client shall at the time of booking to be in possession of a valid passport and/or an identity document of the visitor.

11. In case of cancellation of a booking, 21 to 30 days before arrival at Surinat, is a fine of 25% of the invoice due. In case of cancellation 14 to 20 days before arrival 50% of the invoice is due on Surinat and if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival on Surinat, the entire bill.

12. Surinat reserves the right to cancel the booking at any circumstance that does not allow and which stay on Surinat sole discretion of Surinat .

13. Surinat is held the cancellation at least 3 days prior to arrival to the client and to receive a refund of the fare or portion thereof.

14. The client (and/or group) serves a travel accident insurance and cancellation insurance.

15. The client (and/or group) residing on Surinat and/or a tour from any liability arising from any participating preserve Surinat by the client (and/or group) damage.

16. In the event the trip by plane is taken is Surinat not liable for the damage to the client (and/or group) resulting from delays by the air transport by third parties to achieve and what delays for third parties a force majeure situation.

17. If there is mass booked trip and/or stay of the client, shall be deemed to Surinat travel conditions known to all group members and shall preserve all damages resulting from non-compliance with Surinat of the foregoing.
